IJARMRT
is committed to the preservation of the authors' and researcher's rights. We
don’t wish anyone's work to be stolen or utilized without any credit. Meanwhile
we aim to promote knowledge and research all around the world. IJARMRT
is dedicated to the preservation of intellectual property rights. All the
materials published in the journal are subject to copyright laws applicable and
its usage, distribution and replication without authorization is strictly
prohibited. Permission for its reuse needs to be taken through right channel,
otherwise may be subject to legal actions. The journal honors the rights to the
intellectual properties of all authors and the readers..
Every
article and paper that we have published is copyrighted.
1. Author
Copyright Ownership
When
authors send us their work they are telling us that:
· The work is
theirs and has not been published before.
· The work does
not belong to someone
· All the people
listed as authors have worked on the paper and agree to send it to us.
· The work is
honest. Does not have any false information.
· Authors keep
the rights to their work. They give us permission to publish it.
2. Grant of
Publishing Rights
When
we accept and publish a paper:
· The authors
give us the right to publish, copy and share the paper.
· We can put the
paper in libraries and databases so people can find it.
· The authors let
us share the paper with people over the world for learning and research.
· Many journals
do this to make knowledge available to everyone.
3. Open Access
Policy
The
IJARMRT
makes all its papers available for free.
Anyone
can read, download and share the papers for learning and research.
It
is the duty of the people to acknowledge the authors while using the works of
authors.
4. Restrictions
on Reproduction
Without
our permission people cannot:
· Use our papers
for purposes.
· Change our
papers for money.
· Use our papers
without permission.
5. Author
Responsibilities
Authors
are responsible for making sure that:
· Their work is original.
· They give credit
to peoples work they use.
· They get
permission to use peoples copyrighted material.
· Their work does
not have any harmful information.
6. Third-Party
Materials
· If a paper uses
things like pictures or data from someone
· The author must
get permission from the owner first.
· The author must
show us the permission if we ask.
7. Plagiarism
and Copyright Violation Policy
The
IJARMRT
does not tolerate:
· Copying someone
Work.
· Publishing the
work twice.
· Using someone
Work without permission.
· False. Data.
If
we find out someone has done these things we can:
· Reject the
paper.
· Take the paper
down from our website.
· Tell the
authors institution.
· Not let the
author publish with us again.
· Take action if
necessary.
8. Digital
Archiving and Preservation
· We keep all our
papers safe in libraries.
· We make sure
people can access the papers in the future.
· We keep backups
of all our papers.
9. Retraction
Rights
· We can take down
a paper if:
· We find out
someone did something
· Someone
complains about copyright.
· We find out the
research was false.
· Someone breaks
the rules of honesty.
10. Author
Rights
IJARMRT supports
authors in maximizing the reach and impact of their work. Authors are free to:
· Deposit their
published articles in institutional or subject repositories without
restriction.
· Use the
published version for teaching, presentations, conferences, and workshops.
· Let colleagues,
students, or research collaborators have access to their work.
· Put the article
in a book, chapter or other written work. Cite it properly.
· Keep ownership
of their data, figures and supplementary information but obtain third party
consent if required.
11. Third-Party
Content and Permissions
For
the contents obtained from the external source (such as figures, tables or
figures), the author(s) have to:
· You need to get
the appropriate permissions from the original copyright owners.
· Properly
acknowledge the source within the manuscript.
· Ensure
compliance with the licensing terms of the original material.
The
responsibility for securing permissions lies solely with the authors. IJARMRT
is not liable for unauthorized use of third-party content.

Although
IJARMRT
maintains excellent editorial and publication ethics, the responsibility of
published material lies entirely on authors. Copyright infringement and license
misuse responsibility is not to be shouldered by the journal, editors and
publisher.

Jurisdiction
If
there are any problems, with copyright or publishing we follow the laws of
India.
The
courts of India will help us solve any problems.
