Publication Ethics

The journal adheres to the most respected principles of publication ethics, and will endeavor to take any necessary actions against publication misconduct in any of its forms. Conforms to generally recognized ethical standards globally. The papers published should be unique and should not have been previously published nor submitted for consideration for publication elsewhere. In each paper that is submitted for publication the authors should include a statement verifying that the paper has not been plagiarized or presented with false data, and that any inputs from external sources are appropriately acknowledged. All the papers will be subject to a rigorous peer review process to achieve high quality publication. Each manuscript submitted to the journal is subject to external review by expert reviewers who provide objective recommendations to the editor, and all authors will be sent reviewers' comments together with the manuscripts, without revealing any name and affiliation of the reviewers. Editor(s) have the complete power and authority to make the final decision on behalf of the journal; but the authors' gender, sex, race, nationality, or institute does not in any way impact the decision of the editor. Each reviewer will treat every manuscript as a confidential document, will not use and/or divulge information that is obtained in the process of the review and cannot use this information for any selfish interest. They are required to inform the editor about the existence of a conflict of interest which may affect the quality of review, and should withdraw from manuscript evaluation, in which case the manuscript is sent for review to another expert. Authors are urged to disclose potential conflicts of interest which could affect the research's integrity. Any potential issues raised in this context will be resolved with the collaboration of authors, reviewers and editor, with regards to post-publication problems as well.

The journal upholds the values of ethical publishing and strongly supports the adherence to these principles by authors, reviewers and editors for credibility.
