1. Introduction

IJARMRT
aims to provide full satisfaction for all authors, subscribers and clients. Please
review all the conditions with regard to the products and services prior to
placing an order or sending a submission.
2. Refund Policy
We
offer refunds only under genuine and valid circumstances, subject to
verification and approval.
· Refund requests
must be submitted within 7–15 days of the transaction.
· Refunds will be
carried out within 2-5 working days after acceptance.
· The refund
should be seen in your account within 2-12 working days (this depends on your
bank/payment provider)..
· All refunds will
be processed on the same account and payment method used during the initial
transaction.
· For Cash on
Delivery orders, correct bank details are necessary.
· The shipping
charges, COD charges, taxes and service charges will not be refunded.
3. Return Policy
(For Physical Products)
All
physical goods are returned within a 15 days period to those which are bought
from our online store.
Eligibility
Criteria
· Item should not
have been used or marked and should be in new condition.
· Returns must be
in their original packaging, and evidence of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be
included.
· No returns will
be accepted for purchases from third-party sellers.
Return Process
· Customers must
arrange and bear return shipping costs.
· Products will be
examined within 3-8 working days from the receipt of the product.
· Approved refunds
will be processed according to the company policy (shipping/COD charges are
non-refundable).
4. Cancellation
Policy
· Orders can be
cancelled on the same day of placement.
· Approved
cancellations will be refunded within 2–5 working days.
· If the order has
already been shipped, cancellation will be processed only after return of the
product.
· Orders cannot
be cancelled once delivered.

5. Article
Publication & Payment Policy
As
an online publication, all articles published on the site are final and
non-refundable or cancellable.
Withdrawal
before Publication
If
a withdrawal is sought subsequent to acceptance but prior to publication,
processing fees will be deducted and any balance refunded.
Partial Payment
(50% Cases)
· Remaining 50%
payment must be completed before publication.
· If not
completed:
· Article will be
put on hold or rejected.
· Paid sum will be
considered as processing fees (non-refundable).
Ethical
Violations
When
plagiarism, misleading statements or corrupt practices are identified:
· Article may be
rejected or removed without refund.
· Penalty or fine
may be applied if necessary.
Additional
Charges
Any
additional corrections, changes or requests for priority publishing will
attract a fee.
6. Article
Transfer Policy
· Authors may
request manuscript transfer within the same journal or to another journal under
our publication group.
· Transfer is
subject to editorial approval and scope compatibility.
· A 45% transfer
processing charge of the total publication fee will apply.
· After transfer,
the article will follow the new journal’s review process.
· Transfer
requests must be made before final publication.
7.
Publication Payment Terms
· Full payment
must be completed before final publication.
· In case of
partial payment:
· Remaining amount
must be cleared before publication.
· Failure to
complete payment will result in:
· Article being on
hold or rejected
· Paid amount
treated as non-refundable processing charges
8. Article
Refund Policy
· Refund requests
must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
· Refunds are
granted only in valid and justified cases.
Refund

· Under Review /
Processing Stage: Partial refund after deduction of charges.
· After
Publication: No refund under any circumstances.
· Approved refunds
will be processed within 48 hours and credited within 2–5 working days.
· Taxes and
service charges are non-refundable.
9. Article
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is
allowed:
· Before
Acceptance: Partial refund after deduction of review charges
· After
Acceptance (Before Publication): Allowed with applicable deductions
· After
Publication: Not allowed.
· Requests must be
submitted via official email with proper details.
10. Terms &
Conditions
· All submitted
material must be original and free of plagiarism and ethics related violations.
· The journal reserves
the right to accept, reject, or to remove articles at any point.
For
breach of:
· Article will be
removed without refund
· Additional
penalties may apply
· Authors are

· The journal may
at any time alter its policy without notification..
11. Important
Note
The
final decision regarding refunds, cancellations, transfers, and disputes will
be taken by journal management and shall be final and binding.
